Notice

Vivero is firmly committed to your privacy. You should understand what we do with any personal information that you provide to us while using our site. We have created this Privacy Statement to explain our information collection and sharing practices.

Overview

Site usage is generally anonymous and does not require personal identification of visitors. We use IP addresses to diagnose server problems, administer the website, and refine site features based on aggregate user behaviour. IP addresses also help us identify users and gather demographic information at a high level.

Registration

Access to our website does not require registration except for voluntary sign-ups for white papers, investor materials, alumni correspondence and registration for conferences organised by Vivero.

The personal data collected will not be sold to anyone outside Vivero and will be used solely by Vivero for one-on-one contact with the registrant. In the event of a future acquisition of the company, relevant data may transfer to the acquiring entity. Information is stored on a secure server with periodic backups, and is not shared or sold.

Cookies

Session cookies are currently used on selected pages and may expand in scope over time. You can configure your browser to notify you of cookies before accepting them, or to refuse cookies entirely.

We collect anonymous “click-stream” data to improve our service, analyse trends, and provide tailored information. You can review or change your cookie choice at any time by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings.

Account holders and diagnostic history

When you complete the Equity Diagnostic and submit your details, we create an account on our behalf so you can sign back in later via a one-time email link and review your progress over time.

Each diagnostic run you complete is stored against your account (answers, scores, valuation snapshot, and the contextual financials you provided). This data is visible to you on your dashboard and to authorised Vivero staff for the purpose of advising you. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated runs at any time by emailing info@viverogroup.com. We use Supabase (an EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant Postgres-as-a-service) to store this information.
