Vivero was founded to give mid-market entrepreneurs the guidance, support and capital we wish we'd had when we were in the founder's chair: accelerating growth, avoiding the unforced errors, and capturing the equity value that's already in the business.

Our story

Built by operators, for operators.

Vivero exists for the moment the playbook stops working. We've been in the chair ourselves: running the businesses, raising the capital, hiring the teams, navigating the exits. The advice is grounded because of it, and we know which calls cost you eighteen months you can't get back.

We focus on UK mid-market consulting and technology services firms: companies that have proved their model and now need to industrialise growth, evolve their proposition, or prepare for transaction. Our work spans strategy, execution partnership, and M&A advisory.

At the heart of how we work sits the Vivero Equity Blueprint, a seven-pillar framework for diagnosing and accelerating the value drivers that actually matter at exit.
